How to Copy a Report

Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click the 3 dots to the right of the report name that you wish to copy
Click "Copy" in the dropdown menu
Search for the inspection you want to copy the report to
Click the inspection you want to copy the report to
The report will automatically start copying
Click "OK"
The copied report will appear on the selected inspection with "COPY" listed in the title
Frequently Asked Questions
I accidentally filled out the wrong report for my inspections today! I filled out my morning inspection on the afternoon report - what do I do?
No need to fret! You can copy the completed report from the second inspection over to the first inspection appointment with the steps above!
Once you've copied the completed report over to the correct inspection, you can delete it from the incorrect one and add a new blank report.
Why hasn't the copied report shown up yet?
It can take a few minutes to copy the report to a different inspection. This time frame can vary depending on how large the report is or how many media files are uploaded to it.
Can I copy a report to the same inspection?
Absolutely! You'll follow the same steps above and just search for & choose the same inspection.
I have a new client that requested an inspection on a home I inspected a few months ago. Can I copy the old report to the new appointment?
