Internal flags in your reports are super helpful for keeping your workflow in order. These flags are just for you to use and won't show up in the client view of the report. They help you pinpoint comments that need extra research, important writing, or more work off-site, making it easy for you to stay on top of tasks that need some extra attention.
How to Flag a Comment on the V10 App
In this section, we'll show you how to flag a comment while using the V10 mobile app.
Tap on the inspection in the app to open it
Swipe up on the Reports tab
Tap "Start" under the report name to open the report
Tap on a section to open it
Tap on an item to open it
Tap the "Flag" button underneath the comment to flag it
The flag button will turn orange after it is tapped
The item that the comment is in will now have an orange flag icon
The section that the comment is in will also now have an orange flag icon
Once the report is synced to the web, the same flags will show

How to Flag a Comment on the Web Editor
In this section, we'll show you how to flag a comment on the web editor.
Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click on the report name to open the web editor
Click on a section on the left to open it
Click on an item in the middle column to open it
Click the flag icon to the right of the name of the comment you want to flag
The flag will turn orange after it is clicked
The section and item will turn orange with an orange flag to note that there is a flagged comment

Is there a way to filter for flagged comments on the web editor?
At this time, there is no way to filter for flagged comments.

During an inspection, I flagged a few items in the mobile app and want to work on these later at home on my laptop. Where do I locate all the items that I've flagged?
When you click on the report to edit it on the web, you'll see the flag icon on the Section then the Item, and then the Comment that is flagged.
Why don't the flags show when I preview/publish the report/on the client's view?

Can I have preset flagged comments in my template?
Unfortunately, preset flagged comments cannot be set up.
