Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click the report name to open the web editor
Hover over the three lines icon to the right of the section name
Click "Delete"
Click "Delete" again to confirm

Why don't I see the option to delete on my section/item/comment?
If you're using a specialized PDF output form like a Florida form or a TREC form, the delete option or trash can icon will not appear. This is because those forms are heavily coded to ensure the proper PDF output. Deleting anything from those forms will break the output and make the report unreadable for your client.
