How to Undelete a Section

Open the report by pressing "Start."
Click "Undelete Sections" located at the bottom of the sections.
Check the section you would like to restore.
Click "Undelete Selected"
How to Undelete an Item

Open the report by clicking "Start."
Click into the section which has the item needing to be restored.
Select "Undelete Items" located at the bottom of the items.
Check the item you would like to undelete
Click "Undelete Selected"

Open the report by pressing "Start."
Click into the Section.
Click into the item.
Click the 3 dots in the top right.
Select "Undelete Comments"
Check the comment you want to undelete.
Click "Undelete Selected."
