What is the Agent Record Change Log?

The Agent Record Change Log is a tool within Spectora that allows you to see a history of all changes made to agent records in the last 60 days. This feature provides a detailed log of what was changed, when it was changed, and who made the changes. It helps maintain accountability and provides a clear trail for auditing purposes.


How to Access the Agent Record Change Log

  1. Click "Contacts"

  2. Click "Agents"

  3. Click on an agent contact

  4. Click "View Change Log" in the top right corner

  5. The log will show what changes were made, who made the changes, and when
