We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and your client or agent may have accidentally left an incorrect review or may now want to change their review. Not to worry, we have made it easy for them to update it themselves through their client portal! All they need to do is use the client portal link they already have and follow the simple steps below.

Step by Step Guide
From the Client Portal, Click "Tasks"
Navigate to "Completed"
Select the "Review Us on Spectora" option
Change the Rating, by clicking the stars.
Change the Review details by editing the text box.
Click on the "Update Review" button and your review has been updated!
Spectora Reviews may only be retracted upon request from the individual who submitted the review. In order to confirm this, a screenshot of a text or email message or a forwarded communication from that individual matching their designated email address or phone number is necessary. Nevertheless, there are a few exceptions in which a review may be eliminated. If you have a particular circumstance in mind, kindly provide additional information by reaching out to the Support Team so that we may offer further assistance.
