How do we track it?
When your client makes a policy quote from the link in your Client Portal then purchases that policy. We tie this policy back to you using your Spectora Company ID.

American Home Shield πŸšͺ

$25 for each Home Warranty policy sold.

How do we track it?
Whenever your client submits an β€˜order’ (quote) for a policy it is visible to us through a portal. When a policy is purchased we tie it back to you using the home address and your inspection company name.

Secure24 πŸ”

$150 for each system installation.

How do we track it?
Secure24 tracks all leads submitted by your customers through the client portal link. They update us weekly to confirm all recent installations attributed to Spectora inspectors.

When the security system is installed for your customer we will send payment. Due to closing and move-in timing, installations typically take place at least 6 weeks after the inspection.


1% of the amount spent on moving and storage expenses when the customer uses coupon code SPECTORA. This coupon code is auto-filled when they access the PODS website through the client portal.

How do we track it?

PODS sends us a commission report of sales made with this coupon code once per quarter. Once received we send out payments due to inspectors, determined by the inspection zip code, date, and client name. We receive these reports in April, July, October, and January.

How do we track it?
This partner updates us whenever an attributable purchase is made using our coupon code.
