Earn additional revenue through client referrals

Spectora's Partnerships program allows inspectors to earn extra revenue through client referrals. By presenting offers like moving services, home insurance, and home security, inspectors get paid when clients interact with and purchase partner services via the inspection report.

This is a fully optional program but an excellent way to maximize your per-inspection earning potential.

We leverage the total volume of inspections to negotiate cash payouts to inspectors when their clients purchase a partner's product.


How Do Partnerships Work?

Inspectors choose which offer or offers to present on their client portal. You can currently choose from moving services, home insurance, home security, or home warranty offers.

When a client accesses their inspection report they can interact with your selected partner offers. If the client submits their information and purchases a service you get paid.

That's it! There is no active selling on the part of the inspector.


What Partnerships Are Available?

    • PODS offers local and long-distance moving services and storage solutions nationwide (USA).

    • We've negotiated a 10% discount for your home buyers and a 1% revenue share for you on any services sold.

    • PODS takes pride in their personal and customer-centric approach and offers this benefit through a call or email to their commercial services department. Your home buyer will get instructions on how to get in touch.

    • They will mention they are working with a Spectora inspector to get the discount.

    • Secure24 is America's largest authorized ADT dealer. Their mission is to offer exclusive ADT pricing and an enhanced customer experience for every customer. Secure24 has received the Customer for Life and Outstanding Performance Award eleven times.

    • When you opt into using the Secure24 partnership, your home buyers will see an option in the Client Portal to be contacted by Secure24. They must opt-in before any communication occurs. If they sign up for an alarm system, you get $150!

    • This is different than our basic S24 integration, which requires on-site discussion with the client, an in-app data submission, and an opt-out email setup. This version is easy and automated - just enable it and let the money flow in!

What Do My Clients See?

Clients will only see offers that you select, and the inspection is always front and center. The client chooses whether or not to submit their information to a partner.

The partnership offers will only be displayed to the client after the reports have been published. Before publishing, the client will not see partnerships at all.

After publishing, partnerships will appear in two places on the Client Portal- on the dashboard and in a 'Special Offers' tab.

  • On the dashboard:

    • Below the published report, there will be a widget for special offers. Clients can click "See Deals" within the widget to see all of the partnerships you offer:


  • Special Offers tab:

    • All partnerships will appear in a 'Special Offers' tab on the left.

    • Clients can click "learn more" for each partnership offer.

❇️ Note: The client DOES NOT have to interact with the offers to view a report, make a payment, sign agreements, or leave a review.
