In Spectora Advanced, you can set up multiple rules for each Action, and decide whether ALL or ANY of the rules must apply.
Example 1 - "And" Rules
With more than 1 rule on an Action, having "To trigger this Action ALL of the following must apply" means every rule must be true for the Action to fire.
For Example, if your 2 rules are:
- Does not have, Service Addon, Standard Inspection > Sewer Scope
- Does not have, Service Addon, Standard Inspection > Septic Inspection
..then this Action will fire only if neither of those add-on services were selected by the client. If one of the add-on services were selected, this action will not fire.
Example 2 - "Or" Rules
With more than 1 rule on an Action, having "To trigger this Action ANY of the following must apply" means only one rule must be true for the Action to fire.
For this example, I have 2 Sewer Scope options. One as a stand alone service to be offered, on as an add-on service to a home inspection. Say I outsource my sewer scopes to a 3rd party, the "OR" option works perfectly for this scenario so whether a client chooses my Stand Alone Sewer Scope or Standard Inspection with Sewer Scope add-on, my email will get to where it needs to be!
- Has, Services, Stand Alone Sewer Scope
- Has, Service Addon, Standard Inspection > Sewer Scope
