How to Integrate with Blipp Reviews

Get more reviews with Blipp Reviews! Our Blipp integration allows you to automatically ask for reviews from your clients and agents on multiple review platforms.

Blipp Reviews can help you with getting more reviews and growing your business.

Once enabled, this integration will automatically send client and agent data to Blipp every time you publish an inspection.


How to Integrate with Blipp

First, get an account set up with Blipp: https://www.blippreviews.com/signup/?partner=spectora

Ensure that you are the "owner" of the Blipp account and that you have an Advanced or Pro plan

Once you have your account ready to roll and log-in info in hand, follow the steps below to set up the integration!

  1. Under Settings > System Integrations > click "Enable"

  2. This will send you to Blipp's site to confirm the integration, then back to Spectora. You'll see this text once it is enabled:

Once you publish an inspection we'll send over the client and agent data to Blipp. The rest, including how long to wait until asking for a review, whether to include the agent or not, etc., is set up via the Blipp dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why is my Blipp account not successfully integrating? I get an error message when I try to connect Blipp with Spectora.

    • If you have a Basic plan with Blipp, you will not be able to integrate it with Spectora. You need to have a Pro or Advanced plan with Blipp to be able to utilize this integration.

  • Can I disable Blipp from going out on specific service types?

    • Unfortunately, there is no way to disable Blipp on specific services within Spectora.

    • We would recommend checking your Blipp dashboard or reaching out to Blipp's team!

  • How can I prevent review requests from going out for specific contacts?

    • Unfortunately, there is no way to do this within Spectora. It's an automatic process that the client and agent data is sent to Blipp once the inspection is published.

    • On Blipp's end, they have a feature where you can disable a review request:

      1. Navigate to the requests tab in your Blipp Reviews dashboard.

      2. Locate the customer in the list who you do not want to receive a review request. The request will have a pending status.

      3. Click the red "X" next to the customer's review status. This will stop the request from being sent.

      4. Confirm the action to ensure the request is canceled. If you change your mind, you can click the green "play" button that appears to resume the request.
