The Spectora Mobile App is compatible with Apple and Android devices, but not available in the Microsoft app store. 

You can use the Surface Pros and Chrome Books with Spectora.com, but you will need internet connection to access the web software for template editing, report writing, etc. 

Apple and Android users can download the Spectora app and can edit reports without internet once the report is loaded onto the app!
