First, navigate to the Inspection Details page. In the PEOPLE box, you'll see the agent and client listed on the inspection.
Click the ... button next to the contact you want to edit or delete:
After clicking the ... button, you'll see the options to Edit the contact or Remove the contact from the inspection:
If you're editing the client or agent information**, you'll see an interface where you can update their information:
**Note: emails are unique identifiers in the Spectora system. Agent email addresses can only be used for one contact. If you're receiving an error when changing an email address, you'll need to delete the contact from the inspection, add a new contact with the +New button, and search for the needed contact.
If you need to delete a contact, you'll be prompted to confirm the deletion:
If the inspection has already been published, you cannot delete the client.
If you need to delete the inspection. However, you can ARCHIVE the inspection which saves it to Spectora but removes it from your schedule:
