If a client or agent didn't receive the initial email with a link to the inspection, you can easily resend it to them! This can be done in two ways; either by using the resend option in the PEOPLE box or by using the Share Details button.

Resending the Confirmation Email:
Navigate to the Inspection Details page.
In the PEOPLE box, you'll see the agent and client listed on the inspection.
Click the ... button next to the contact you want to resend the confirmation to.
After clicking the ... button, you'll see the option to Resend Confirmation Email.
You can edit any information you'd like in the body of the email; just be sure to leave the "Inspection Details" button! That is the link to the client portal.
Hit send email!

Using Share Details:
By using the Share Details button, you can share the link to the client portal with anyone.
Navigate to the Inspection Details page
Scroll down to the EMAILS box at the bottom of the page
Click "Share Details"
Enter the email address of who you want to send this email to
You can edit any information you'd like in the body of the email; just be sure to leave the "Inspection Details" button! That is the link to the client portal.
Hit send email!
