If a client or agent didn't receive the initial email with a link to the inspection, you can easily resend it to them!

First, navigate to the Inspection Details page. In the PEOPLE box, you'll see the agent and client listed on the inspection.

Click the ... button next to the contact you want to resend the confirmation to:

After clicking the ... button, you'll see the option to Resend Confirmation Email:

You can edit the text before sending (just be sure to leave in the Inspection Details link!):

If you want to share the Inspection Details link with anyone, scroll down on the Inspection Details page to the EMAILS box and click SHARE DETAILS:

It will bring up the same interface, which you can edit before sending!

In the EMAILS box, you can also hover over the original email and see the option to RESEND:

This option will resend the same email that was originally sent to the client or agent.
