Occasionally, you may need to manually send an action email or text to the client/agent on an inspection. This may be due to the action not triggering originally or you may just need to resend a message. Either way, you can easily send an action email or text right from the inspection page.
Manually Sending an Action Email
In this section, we'll show you how to manually send an email from your Actions page.
Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click "View All Inspection Actions"
Click an action group to open it
Click "Send" to the right of the email you want to send
Click "Send"

Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't the "send" button showing up next to my action?
Why didn't my action send when I scheduled the inspection? Do I need to manually send it?
If the inspection was scheduled/confirmed with notifications disabled, your scheduling actions may not have been fired. This is because those actions look for the triggering event which is the inspection being confirmed.
If notifications are disabled during that triggering event (scheduling/confirmation), the action will miss the event and will not be sent out. You will need to manually send the action so the client/agent can receive the message.
