Updating Your Subscription Billing
This article provides step-by-step instructions for adding and updating the payment method associated with your subscription.
Click on your profile picture in the top right
Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu
Click "Subscriptions"
Click the ✏️ icon next to the existing card number
Click "New Card" to add a new card on file
Enter your new card info and click "Submit"
To assign a new card, click the ✏️ icon next to the old card number
Select the new card in the menu, then click "Submit"
It's important to keep your payment method on file current so your subscription does not risk cancellation. If your card is lost, stolen, or expired, you'll want to add your new card as soon as possible. If your card on file/payment fails, the system will automatically recharge the card during your 5-day grace period before canceling.
Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, be sure to update the card for each subscription!
