Customizing hover text on Spectora's calendar allows you to personalize the information displayed when you hover over scheduled jobs. This feature is particularly useful for quickly viewing important details like client names, inspection types, or property addresses without opening the full event.


Customizing Your Hover Text

Follow along with the steps below to see how to customize what shows on your calendar when hovering over an inspection.

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Under Company Settings, click "Calendar Options"

  3. Click "Customize Hover Text"

  4. Click into the text box

  5. Click on the placeholders you want to use

  6. Once finished, click "OK"

  7. Your calendar will now show your chosen info when hovering over an inspection
