In response to your feedback and to prevent the accidental sharing of inspection details with unintended recipients, we’ve introduced a new feature: Client CC Email Controls. This feature is designed to give you more control over who receives inspection communications, ensuring that only the intended parties are included.

Client CC Email Controls provide you with the flexibility and security needed to manage inspection communications effectively. By enabling or disabling CC emails and overriding settings for individual inspections, you can ensure that your client's information remains private and secure. Start using this feature today to enhance your communication practices and protect your client's sensitive data.

Key Features of Client CC Email Controls

  • Default Settings for Seamless Integration

    • To maintain your current experience without disruption, Client CC Email Controls are enabled by default.

    • This setting allows CC'd emails to be included in various communications such as automations, actions, and manual emails.

  • Enhanced Privacy by Disabling CC Emails

    • If you prefer to enhance privacy and ensure sensitive information is only shared with the intended recipients, you can disable CC email addresses associated with client accounts from being included in future inspection communications.

    • This helps protect your client’s privacy and keeps their information secure.

Override Settings for Individual Inspections

For more granular control, you can override the default settings for individual inspections. Here’s how:

  • Creating a New Inspection:

    • When setting up a new inspection, simply check or uncheck the option at the top of the client section to include or exclude CC emails.

  • Inspection Details Page:

    • On the Inspection Details page, use the button at the top of the People box to adjust CC email settings for that specific inspection.

Disabling CC Emails Company-Wide

If you would prefer to not have the CC email option available for all clients, you can disable this option company-wide.

Under Settings > Scheduling Options > Scheduling Tools, you can uncheck the "Allow for use of Client CC emails" setting:

Benefits of Client CC Email Controls

  • Enhanced Privacy:

    • Protects sensitive client information from unintended recipients.

  • Customizable Settings:

    • Allows you to tailor communication settings to meet your needs for each inspection.

  • Seamless Integration:
