We understand that there may be special circumstances in which you may need to turn this feature off for a client, and after many requests, we now offer the ability to disable the pass on CC fees feature for one-off inspections!
Here's a couple quick steps to do this:
Open the inspection details page for the property you want to disable the credit card fees on.
Select the More button at the top of the page and select Disable Pass Pass on CC Fees.
And voila! Once the screen refreshes, your updates will be saved, and the technology fee will no longer be included on the client's invoice.
Note: If you need to re-enable these fees for any reason, prior to receiving a payment, you can follow the same steps above.
