Click "More" in the top right corner
Click "Disable Pass on CC Fees" in the dropdown menu

If a partial payment has already been made for the inspection, you will not be able to disable passing on the credit card fees.
The "disable pass on CC" fees option will only show up if the inspection has not received any payment.

Unfortunately, there is no way to permanently disable the fees for a specific client. You will need to follow the steps above to disable the fees on each individual inspection that the client books.
Note: Disabling the fees on a one-off inspection does not disable the CC fees for future inspections or clients.
