Passing on credit card fees to clients can be a convenient way to manage processing costs. However, there are situations where you might want to absorb the fees for a particular inspection. Spectora offers a simple way to disable the "Pass-On CC Fees" option for individual inspections, allowing you to have full control over the charges.

Why You Might Want to Disable Credit Card Fees

There are several reasons you may want to cover credit card fees instead of passing them on:

  • Customer Experience: For high-value clients or special cases, absorbing the fees might enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

  • Special Promotions: During a promotional period or special offer, you might prefer to waive the fees as part of an incentive.

  • Flexible Business Practices: Offering this flexibility allows you to customize your service based on individual client needs.
