Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find out what version I'm currently on?
Check out this article to learn how to find your current version.
Why am I seeing a "beta expired" message in my V10 app?
This message appears only if you have not updated your app to a newer version.
Essentially, each version of V10 that we release is good for 90 days before it expires. We put out new updates/releases every few weeks, so it's good practice to make sure you're on the latest version.
We recommend enabling automatic updates in your Google Play Store or TestFlight app to ensure you do not run into this again. If you'd prefer not to enable automatic updates, you will want to make sure you are updating your V10 app every few weeks rather than every few months in order to avoid the expiration.
I'm trying to update the V10 app on my device, but it's telling me to update my device instead. What's going on?
If your device is over 10 years old, it will not be compatible with our V10 app. Manufacturers like Apple and Android unfortunately limit the ability to download new apps with advanced features on older devices.
