If you live in an area where you need initials on your agreements; or are looking for your client to agree to things like releasing the report to an agent, or add-on services, look no further.

You can now add spots for your clients to initial on your agreement using placeholders!

You can choose between two kinds of initials to add to your agreements, required and optional.

Required initials must be filled in before the agreement can be signed while option ones can be left unsigned.

To add them, go to your agreements > place your cursor where you want the initial spot to be > click customer initials on the sidebar.

What does this look like?

Once the initial is added, your client will see it as a line they are able to type into.

Additional things to note

  • The initials are only saved when the inspection is signed. If the client adds initials and then leaves the agreement without signing, they will be cleared.
