Never miss an inspection again! Spectora offers a way to automatically send daily emails to inspectors with their inspections and events for the next 48 hours.


How to Enable the Daily Reminder Emails

In this section, we'll show you how to enable the setting to send a daily reminder to your inspectors with their schedule for the next 48 hours.

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "Email" under Business Tools

  3. Check the box to the left to enable

  4. To the right, select which time you would like the daily reminder email to send to your inspectors

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does the daily schedule email go out for jobs created by ISN integration as well as orders created in Spectora?

    • Yes, this does include jobs/inspections created in ISN. Since those inspections are imported over to your Spectora schedule, they will show on the daily schedule reminder emails.

  • We just turned this feature on now, will jobs scheduled prior to us activating the feature trigger an email/be visible in the email?

    • Yes; inspections scheduled both before and after the setting is enabled will be included in the daily schedule emails.

  • Does this email still go out if an inspector does not have any jobs scheduled in the next 48 hours?

    • Yes! If the inspector does not have an inspection or event on their calendar, they will still receive an email. The email will simply state that they do not have anything scheduled for the next 48 hours.

  • When does the 48-hour period start? Is it from the time the email goes out or is it the next 2 full calendar days?

    • The 48-hour period starts from the time the email goes out.

  • Can I notify my inspectors when they have a new inspection scheduled?

    • Yes - with Advanced, you can set up custom emails to your inspectors when they have a new inspection scheduled. Click here to see how!
