Client didn't get the report or email? Manually send the report URL to your client or agent when they say they didn't receive it.

When your client or agent say they didn't receive your publishing or report ready email (or the email bounced or wasn't delivered for an unknown reason) and you need to get it to them asap, follow the steps below:

1) Navigate to the published report

2) Copy the URL from the address bar (Right-click on it and copy)

3) Create an email in your email provider (where you view your emails, like Gmail)

4) Paste the URL and send to your client/agent
