Within the template, there are 2 different types of bubbles - the Category Counts and the Items Inspected Count. The Category Counts bubbles show how many of each defect (blue, orange, and red) are selected in the report. The Items Inspected bubble shows how many total items were inspected in the report; including defects and informational comments.
Want to turn the item count bubbles on or off? You can do this in both the template and on your report!
What Does the Report Look Like With or Without the Bubbles?
Without the bubbles, your header text will show, then your first section:
With the bubbles, your header text will be displayed below the counts:
Turning Item Count Bubbles On/Off in Your Template
This section will show you how to turn off the count bubbles in your template.
Click "Templates"
Click "My Templates" to open your templates list
Select your template from the dropdown list
Click the 3 dots on the right
Click "Display Options"
Check the box "Display Category Counts" to turn the bubbles on
Uncheck the box "Display Category Counts" to turn the bubbles off
Check the box "Display Items Inspected Count" to turn the bubble on
Uncheck the box "Display Items Inspected Count" to turn the bubble off
Click "Save"
