Just like with any industry, you may run into a situation where an employee/inspector is leaving the company or being dismissed. In such cases, it is important to revoke their access to the company account to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information.

To remove an inspector from your subscription, you can simply go to your account settings and select the option to remove users. This will immediately revoke their access to the company account and they will no longer be able to view or make any changes to your subscription.

In this article, we'll show you how to remove the inspector from the subscription.


How to Remove an Inspector

Removing an inspector can easily be done with just a few steps. When removing the inspector, you can choose to either keep the subscription active or you can choose to cancel the subscription.

If you plan on bringing on another inspector, you may want to keep the subscription active. This allows you to easily add the new inspector to the existing inspection. If you don't plan on bringing another inspector on board, canceling the subscription may be better for you. In this section, we'll show you how to remove the inspector from your team.

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "Team"

  3. Click the red circle to the right of the inspector's name

  4. To remove the inspector and keep the subscription active, click "Remove Only"

  5. To remove the inspector and cancel the subscription, click "Remove and Cancel Subscription"
