How to Find Which App Version You're On

Troubleshooting app issues, mobile app version for both our Legacy and V10 apps

This first step in any app troubleshooting is to ensure you're on the latest app version. Below we'll show you how to check the app version for the V10 app and our V9 (Legacy) app.

If needed, check the App or Play Store for an app update. You can find the most recent version of the V10 app in our changelog. The V9 (Legacy) app will not be updated further.

The current app version seen in these screen shots is not the most up-to-date version of the app, this is just the process to find it!



V10 App

To find which app version you are on, click the Menu option in the top left:

At the bottom, you will see the app version:


V9 (Legacy) App

On the app dashboard, the app version will display at the top right corner:
