Do you need to convert a scheduled inspection back to V9? Exciting news, you no longer have to reach out to support! You can do this yourself, and we'll dive into how you can do this below.

Our two apps Version 9 (Legacy) and Version 10 are not cross-compatible, which means reports built for one app are not accessible in the other. Since V10 inspections are not compatible with the V9 app, in order to access the inspection in the V9 app, you'll need to convert it via the web.


How to Convert an Inspection to Version 9:

  1. Click on the inspection from your dashboard

  2. Click the "More" drop-down menu

  3. Click "Convert to V9" in the drop-down menu

  4. Click "Convert Inspection"

  5. Your reports will convert to V9 from your template, NO data will be carried over

🔴 Note: data from the previous V10 reports will NOT transfer over. Only do this if your reports have not been worked on, or if you don't mind losing the data.
