If you're using Spectora Payments, you can issue refunds within the Inspection Details page.
If you're using Square or Authorize.net, you'll need to issue a refund separately through your payment processor.
To issue a refund in Spectora:
- Go to the inspection details page and to the Fees Section:

3. Select Refund
4. Adjust Refund amount
