Occasionally, you may run into a situation where you need to remove an Agent from an inspection. Maybe they need someone else listed as the Agent, or you may need to remove them completely from your contacts list. Deleting an Agent Contact on an Existing Inspection
In this section, we'll show you how to remove an Agent from an existing inspection. Removing the Agent from the inspection ensures they will no longer receive communication regarding the inspection.
Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click the 3 dots to the right of the Agent's name in the People box
Click "Remove" in the drop-down menu
Click "Remove Agent"
Deleting an Agent Contact Through the Contacts Tab
Follow the steps below to see how to remove an Agent from your contacts list and subsequently all associated inspections.
Click "Contacts"
Click "Agents"
Click the arrow button to the right of the Agent's name
Click "Delete" in the drop-down menu
Verify that you are ready to remove the Agent contact as there is no undoing this!
Click "Delete"
