Spectora Payments: Try Spectora Payments On Us

Thousands of inspectors choose Spectora Payments because it helps them get paid faster, simplifies the payment process, and keeps everything centralized in Spectora.

When you first sign-up for Spectora you will be auto enrolled in Spectora Payments, and your first online payment taken will be fee-free so you can experience the full benefits before committing to Spectora Payments. Once payment is received, you'll be prompted to complete payment setup.

✨ Auto enrollment into Spectora Payments is only possible if Spectora Payments hasn't been enabled yet.

Spectora Payments Auto Enrollment Process

  • When you first sign up for Spectora, you will be automatically enrolled in Spectora Payments.

  • You can take your first payment using Spectora’s credentials, no setup is required for the first payment.

  • Upon receiving the first payment, a pop-up notification appears on the dashboard, prompting you to complete the payment setup:

Options After First Payment Notification

After you receive your first payment, you have three options:

  • Complete the Setup:

    • Click "Complete Setup" to be redirected to Stripe to finalize payment setup.

    • Spectora pre-fills available information for a faster process, but some data may need to be manually input.

    • Once completed, payments are good to go, and you'll receive your payout on the next business day.

  • Opt Out (Receive Payment by Check):

    • If you select "No Thanks," you will be opted out of Spectora Payments.

    • Then you must complete a form to receive a one-time mailed check for the payment.

  • Defer Setup ("Do This Later")

    • This option is available so you can circle back to this later if you're in the middle of a task.

    • If "Do this later" is clicked the notification moves to the Notifications section on the dashboard.

    • You cannot receive additional payments through Spectora Payments until setup is completed.

🔴 Notifications will remain active until payment setup is complete, or you opt out.
