We’re excited to roll out a highly requested feature: per-report photo galleries! Based on feedback from our inspector community, the updated V10 web editor now makes it easy to view all photos from a report in one organized place. This new media center view simplifies photo management—making it faster to download, organize, edit and drag and drop photos to different comments.
In this article, we'll walk you through the new report photo gallery feature and how it works. This feature is only available on the new V10 web editor.
🔴 This photo gallery feature is only available for each individual report, it does not function across multiple reports.

Key Features
Mass Download Photos: A highly requested feature, you can now mass download all of your report photos in one place!
Once accessing the Media Center in your report, click on "Hide empty comments" in the upper right corner, this will display only your comments with photos.
Click the checkbox in the upper left on each photo you want to download.
Click the "Download" button in the bottom menu to the right.
All photos selected will be downloaded to a folder on your device.
Following this same process you can mass delete photos as well, simply click the red "Delete" button on the bottom left of this menu.
Move Multiple Photos: You can now select and move multiple photos at once
Once accessing the Media Center in your report, click on "Hide empty comments" in the upper right corner, this will display only your comments with photos.
Click the checkbox in the upper left on each photo you want to move.
Click the "Move" button in the bottom menu to the right.
Select the Section, Item and Comment you want to move the photos to from the drop-menus.
Click the "Move" button to confirm and save your changes.
Drag and Drop to Re-arrange Photos: Easily drag and drop photos to different comments.
Access the Media Center in your report.
Use the Section, Item and Comment drop-down menus to display specific comments. You can select multiple.
Click on a photo and drag it to the new comment. Once you drop the photo your changes will save and the photo(s) will be in the new comment.
Does Not Affect Report Writing Functions: The Media Center opens a separate menu and does not take away from your normal work-flow.
You can still access the web editor as you know it and write the report as you normally do.
Media Center opens a separate area where you can easily manage all of your report photos in one place.
You do not have to use the Media Center, and to exit out of it simply hit the "x" icon in the upper left corner.
✨ Pro tip: If you "clear" the Section selections, it will also clear the Item and Comment selections.
