To help our developers troubleshoot an issue or bug, you can now quickly send us the Debug Information directly from the Next Gen App.

1. From the bottom Inspection Details page on your app, click on the Cloud icon in the Reports section.



2. From the Sync Status screen, click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.


3. You can now click on "Send Debug Information" that pops up at the bottom of the screen.

The information will be sent to our developers for troubleshooting purposes!
