Auto-Syncing (optional): Automatically sync your report data as you write your report! This saves time at the end of the inspection because your data has been syncing as you go. This is also ideal for training new hires as they can see exactly what they add as they edit.
Improved Rapid Fire Camera: Take multiple photos at once in the app to save time and have more control over the final appearance of the report, you can now choose different aspect ratios, zoom levels and multiple lenses! The .5 lens will help you save time in tight spaces.
Add Text to Photos: You can now add text directly to photos in the annotator to more easily explain defects to Clients thus improving report quality.
What is this new version?
Version 10 is our newly rebuilt mobile app and web editor! It has the same basic flow of the original app you know but is built to last and keep up with new tech.
You'll notice a number of changes using the newest version including a newer, sleeker look. Report writing is faster and more seamless, you can also automatically sync your report data, use dark mode, and more.
What is different?
Auto Syncing: Automatically sync your report data between the devices and the web by switching your syncing method in settings.
Dark Mode: Experience a new look and improve battery life with dark mode.
Multiple Lenses (iOS only): Use multiple lenses on the rapid fire camera.
Rapid Fire Camera - Aspect Ratio Selection (iOS and Android): Choose aspect ratios on both platforms.
Rapid Fire Camera - Adjust Zoom: Adjust the zoom level with both the slider bar and the zoom level buttons.
Rapid Fire Camera Settings: Click icon in the top right corner to access RF camera settings. Here you can set a default aspect ratio, flash mode, and zoom level. Here you can also toggle on or off the image grid.
Easy Access to Past and Future Inspections: Navigate inspections with ease from the new app dash. Check out this video example!
Individual Report Cover Photos: Apply cover photos to individual reports.
Video Time Limit: Record videos with a 30-second limit, no more file size restrictions.
Batch Photo Upload: Add more than 15 photos from the gallery at once.

Your templates and reporting flow will remain exactly the same! We have been careful while designing the app to ensure the muscle memory you've built up with the old app isn't lost.
The goal of the project is stability and to create an app that will consistently perform for inspectors to save time and help make more money.
