A good Dashboard can give you an overview of your business at a glance.

With Spectora Advanced you can take our standard dashboard page to the next level with custom widgets, and the ability to create multiple dashboards.

Creating a New Dashboard

This section will show you how you can create a brand-new dashboard with personalized metrics and widgets. This dashboard will only show up for you, not anyone else on your team.

  1. Click "Dashboards"

  2. Click "+New Dashboard"

  3. Give your new dashboard a name

  4. Click "Save Dashboard"

  5. Your new dashboard will be blank - be sure to add widgets to it

🌟 Pro-tip: You can navigate between your dashboards using the drop-down menu.

Plus, you can use the star to select the default dashboard to load first when you return to the dashboard page.

Editing Your Dashboard

Now that you've created your custom dashboard, you can edit the widgets displayed. This section will show you how to change the size of the widgets, edit what data shows, and even export the widget data.

  1. To resize a widget, click and drag from the corner of the widget box

  2. Click the 3 dots in the widget to open a dropdown menu

  3. Click "Edit" to change the parameters or graph display of a widget

  4. Click "Export data" to download a spreadsheet of the widget data

  5. Click "Refresh" to pull in the most updated data

  6. Click "Duplicate" to make a copy of the widget

  7. Click "Delete" to remove the widget from the dashboard
