What are Spectora's Customer Support Hours?
While we all often pop into support off-hours, here's our current support schedule.

All times are in USA Mountain Time:

Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm
Friday   7am - 5pm excluding 12:30pm - 1:45pm for weekly team meetings
Saturday  9am - 12pm and 4pm - 5pm

Our support team often pops on off-hours to check for emergencies, so write in or email whenever you need anything and we'll respond as soon as we can!

Feel free to check out our article center in the mean time for additional information!

We are always working to expand our hours and offer more weekend support based on volume. Please let us know if you often need support outside of these hours!
