Why is there an option to pay/report locked when I'm using ISN

If you are ISN integrated, but you're seeing a Pay Now button displayed in your client portal, you probably have an online Payment Processor set up in Spectora.  

You'll need to go into Settings > Payments, and change the payment processor to Do Not Accept Online Payments, so that ISN can control that payment function.
