How to Add a Template to Your Account

Spectora has several prebuilt default templates ready for you to use. Here's how to add them to your account from the Template Center.

Our Template Center is full of pre-written templates that you can use to start writing reports. You can add any template to your account; from specialized FL or TX forms to customized templates from other inspectors, there's a template perfect for your inspecting needs.

  1. Click on Templates in your Navigation Bar:

2. Click on Template Center:

3. Click on the Template you want to use:

4. You can PREVIEW the template first, or you can click +ADD TEMPLATE to add it to your account:

5. The template will build for a few moments, then save into your My Templates list:

This is how you can preview or add the following templates:

  • InterNACHI Commercial Template

  • Florida Wind Mitigation Template 

  • Florida Four-Point Insurance Template

  • Florida Wood Destroying Organisms Template

  • NPMA-33 WDI

  • TREC REI 7-5 Template

  • Texas WDI

  • Texas WDI 2020 

  • Room-by-Room Template

  • ASHI Residential Template

  • FABI Standards of Practice

  • Mold Inspection Template

  • Radon Inspection Template

  • Residential Room-by-Room Template

You also have the option to add templates other Spectora users have chosen to share with the community! If you scroll down in the template center you can preview them and choose to add their template to your account.

Once you add the template to your account, you can customize it to your liking!
