Duplicating a service in Spectora's Services and Fees settings can save you time and effort when you need to create a new service that is similar to an existing one. Instead of manually entering all the details again, you can simply copy an existing service, make any necessary adjustments, and have the new service ready to go in minutes.

In this article, we’ll show you how to easily duplicate a service in Spectora, so you can efficiently manage your offerings and keep your settings up to date.


Duplicating a Service

  1. Click "Settings"

  2. Click "Services & Fees"

  3. Click the double paper icon to the right of the service you want to duplicate

  4. The new duplicate service will show in your services list with "copy" in the name

  5. To rename the new service, click on the service name to expand it

  6. Then remove the existing name in the "Name" field and enter the new service name

  • Will my modifiers copy over when I duplicate a service?

    • Yes! The modifiers that you have set up will also carry over when you duplicate a service.

  • Can I duplicate an add-on/auxiliary service?

    • Unfortunately not. Only primary services can be duplicated at this time.
