Click the report name to open the web editor
Click the trash can icon to the right of the section name

Unfortunately, there is not a way to undelete a comment in the web editor. You can undelete comments via the app with the steps in this article.
Why don't I see the trash can icon next to my section/item/comment?
If you're using a specialized PDF output form like a Florida form or a TREC form, the trash can icon will not appear. This is because those forms are heavily coded to ensure the proper PDF output. Deleting anything from those forms will break the output and make the report unreadable for your client.
