Whether it's default photos of maps, technical drawings, or any other necessary visuals, they can be incorporated into any type of comment! By setting a default photo, you can guarantee that your photo will be included in every report.

How to Add a Default Photo

  1. From your dashboard, click "Templates."

  2. Click "My Templates."

  3. Open the Template you would like to edit.

  4. Open the section.

  5. Open the item.

  6. Expand the comment you would like to add the photo to.

  7. Click "Add Default Photo."

  8. Click "Choose File."

  9. Add your photo from your files.

  10. Add a "Caption."

  11. Click "Save."
