From your dashboard, click "Templates."
Click "My Templates."
Open the Template you would like to edit.
Open the section.
Open the item.
Expand the comment you would like to add the photo to.
Click "Add Default Photo."
Click "Choose File."
Add your photo from your files.
Add a "Caption."
Click "Save."

I'm trying to upload a photo (in PDF format) to my template, but a red error box keeps popping up when I try to save it. What am I doing wrong?
In order to add the photo to your template, you'll need to convert it from PDF to JPG or PNG.
If you need to keep the document/photo as a PDF, you can attach it to the template instead by clicking "+Attachment" in the bottom left corner of your template editor:
