When using Spectora's built-in schedulers, data is collected for all inspections scheduled externally (meaning any inspection not scheduled through the +New Inspection button).

Within our Data Exports, we have the "External Scheduling Data" export available, including "UTM Codes."

The “UTM Codes” track a snippet of text added to the end of a URL to track the metrics and performance of a specific digital marketing campaign. This is similar to the data that Google Analytics tracks.

How to Locate the External Scheduling Data Export

Navigating to the Data Export is easy - just a few clicks and you'll be able to see the spreadsheet of your scheduling data. In this section, we'll walk through how to find and download the External Scheduling Data Export.

💡 Quick tip: Click on the video above to expand it in another window.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Data Exports" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "View" in the External Scheduling Data box

  4. Select your preferred time frame

  5. Click "Start Export"

  6. Click "Download File"

  7. The export will download as a CSV file and show in your download history

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a way to redirect someone to a 'thank you' page when they complete the scheduler?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to redirect the last page of the online scheduler to allow Google ads tracking! However, utilizing the External Scheduling Data export is a good workaround.

  • Can I integrate Google Analytics with Spectora?

Unfortunately, not! We do not have a direct integration with Google Analytics at this time.
