FAQ

  • Why isn’t it letting me save an inspection? The "Save" option is greyed out? Please make sure that each address line is filled out correctly, including square footage, year built, and foundation.

  • Why am I receiving "An error occurred, your changes likely did not save" when trying to save the inspection?

If you are receiving this error, please try to recache your browser or try a different browser.

  • I accidentally navigated off the internal scheduler, did I lose all my information?

Most likely, no! You should be able to resume the incomplete inspection by opening it in the draft inspections widget on your dashboard. This article will provide more information on how to access and resume that booking.
