Great news, we have an easy way to recalculate your modifiers when changing the property details on an inspection.

How Does Recalculate Modifiers Work?
On the Inspection Details page, click the address in the top left corner and make any changes needed to the property information, like square footage or year built. Any modifiers you have related to these fields, like additional fees and duration based on square footage, will trigger a banner for recalculating those modifiers.
Once you update the property details and hit "Save", a banner to recalculate the modifiers will populate! Hitting "Recalculate Modifiers" will adjust your pricing and duration automatically.
✨ Recalculate Modifiers does work for custom scheduling field modifiers, but the banner won’t appear after making changes in the internal box, only when changes are made in property details.
This will also trigger any Automation or Advanced Automations you have for new fees added to an inspection, unless disable notifications is on. If you do not want notifications for this to go out, make sure you disable notifications before adjusting the property details and recalculating the modifiers.
🔴 Recalculate Modifiers doesn’t function for services that have been manually edited, like manually added and/or edited line items in the Fees & Payments box. If you want the modifiers to be included, be sure to add the services via the Services & Add Ons box.
