If you're seeing a message in your Version 10 app (Next Gen) stating "Incompatible Inspection," this means you're trying to access an inspection that was built for the older Version 9 (Legacy) app.
How to Find an Inspection Using the "Today" View on the App.
When you open app, the dashboard will first display the "Today" view. If your inspection is scheduled for this day, it will appear here for your convenience.
Sign into your account on the app.
The inspections for the current day will show on the "Today" view.

If you're having trouble finding your inspection on the "Today" view, don't worry - we've got you covered with another helpful option! The "Calendar" View is at your service. With just a simple swipe left or right, you'll easily navigate to the desired date of your inspection.
Sign in to your account on the app.
Click the "Calendar" icon in the top right.
Swipe right on the calendar to look for inspections in the past.
Swipe left on the calendar to look for inspections in the future.

How to Find an Inspection Using the "Search" Option on the App.
If you happen to have trouble remembering the date of the inspection or just don't want to spend time scrolling through the calendar, don't worry! We've got a solution for you - the search option. This nifty feature allows you to easily search for a property address by simply inputting the house number or street name.
After signing into the app, click the search icon in the top right.
Enter the inspection address details.
Click "Search."
