What to do if your report shows blank after saving to the cloud from your device

If you completed a report on your app, pressed SAVE, and now the report shows blank on the app and the web, don't panic!

Here's how to troubleshoot:

1. Check for a deleted report on the web

  • It is possible you completed a report on the app that was deleted on the web.

  • If a report was deleted from an Inspection, an "Undelete" button will appear in the reports box:

  • Click Undelete to restore any deleted reports, and check in each report for your data


2. Check other Inspections

  • It is possible you completed a report in another Inspection

  • Check all your upcoming inspections to see if you completed a report for the wrong client

  • If you did, you can copy the report over to the correct inspection and delete it in the incorrect inspection


3. Did you reset your app memory?

  • Reset App Memory is located in Settings, and WILL delete all app data, so please make sure you save to the web before doing this! If you did reset your app memory without saving your data to the web, we cannot recover it.

4. Did you delete the app?

  • If you deleted and re-installed the app from the app store, it will delete all data that was stored in the app, unless you saved to the web before deleting. This cannot be recovered
