Too many footprints can cause issues with our ISN integration. If you have too many, you may notice new inspections not importing over to Spectora. ISN will show you all footprints within the past 30 days:
It's important to clean these footprints out periodically to ensure your inspections are importing over correctly!
How to Clear the Footprints
Clearing your footprints in ISN can be done in just a few steps. Follow the steps below to see how easy it is to clear the footprints!
Click "Settings"
Click "Office Settings"
Click "ISN Remote Manager"
Select the time frame of when you'd like footprints to automatically be removed
Click "Save Settings" to save your preferred time frame
Click "Remove Footprints Now" to clear your footprints
This will clear them out and allow your integration to work!
