Changing Text Colors on a Template

  1. Click "Templates"

  2. Click "My Templates"

  3. Select your template from the dropdown menu

  4. Click on a section in the left column to open it

  5. Click on an item in the middle column to open it

  6. Click on a comment name to expand it

  7. Click the comment text and highlight the word(s) you want to change the color of

  8. Once your text is highlighted, click the paint drop icon

  9. Select the color you want to use and click "OK"

  10. You'll see the new text color in the comment box

  11. Click on any blank space in the template to trigger the auto-save function

  1. Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page

  2. Click on the report name to open the web editor

  3. Click on a section in the left column to open it

  4. Click on an item in the middle column to open it

  5. Click on a comment name to expand it

  6. Click the comment text and highlight the word(s) you want to change the color of

  7. Once your text is highlighted, click the paint drop icon

  8. Select the color you want to use and click "OK"

  9. You'll see the new text color in the comment box

  10. Click on any blank space in the template to trigger the auto-save function
