We understand the importance of keeping your report photos safe and easily accessible. That's why we've made it easy for you to save photos to your device with our "Save Media to Gallery" option in the mobile app settings.
How to Backup Photos to Your Gallery in Our V10 App

Tap the 3 lines in the upper right corner to open the app's menu
Tap Settings
Toggle "Save Media to Gallery"
That's it! From now on, any photos you take within the app will automatically be saved to your device's photo gallery.
What about inspection photos that aren't included in the report?
How to Enable the Gallery Camera in Our V10 App:
The gallery (or CYA) camera is always available in V10, so there is no need to enable it - you can use it right away!
When completing an inspection report, you'll see a camera icon in the footer of the app that will take photos that save directly to the folder on your device for this inspection:
These photos will not be present on the report, they are only saved to your device. Make sure you hit "Done" after taking these photos to save them to your gallery.

Where can I find the photos that have been saved to my device?
The inspection photos you take will be added to their own folder in your device's photo gallery or internal storage labeled with the Inspection's date and address.
How can I back up these photos so they aren't taking up so much space on my phone?
We recommend using a cloud-based service like Google Photos in order to delete photos and free up space on your phone, while still keeping your photos safe and secure.
Can I use the annotator with the gallery or CYA camera photos?
No, at this time photos taken with the gallery camera will not open to the annotator and cannot be annotated. To annotate photos they must be saved as photos within a comment.
