How to Change the Cover Photo
Follow along with the steps below to see how to change the cover photo of your reports via the web editor.
Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
If the inspection has not started, you'll need to build the report before you can change the cover photo
To build the report, click the 3 dots to the right of the report name, then click "Build Now"
Once the report has been built, click on the report name in the 'Reports' box to open the web editor
Click "UPDATE" in the top left corner
Select the new cover photo from your computer files
Check the top "Inspection" box to have the new cover photo show on the client portal and Inspection Details page
Check the box(es) under "Reports" to have the new cover photo apply to the inspection reports
Click "Save"
❇️ Pro-tip: Make sure you check both boxes (Inspection & Report) so the same photo shows on the reports, the Inspection Details page, and the client portal!

How do I change the cover photo back to the Zillow photo?
If you want to change it back, you will need to get the photo from Zillow, save it to your computer, and add it using the same method outlined above!
If there is no Zillow picture, can I load my own picture of the home to show on the dashboard and client view as well as the client report when received?
