To ensure you have the latest updates to your template, we build your reports from your template at 3:00 AM on the morning of your inspection.
However, if you need to make same-day comment changes, you can easily incorporate them into your report. Simply make the changes in the inspection report and click "Save to Template" to update your template for future use. Spectora is designed to allow you to update your template on the go!
If you prefer to start fresh with the latest version of your template, you can do so by deleting the current report and re-adding the template. This will give you a clean slate with the most recent template updates.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have added a few comments to my last two reports. Will those be automatically added to my current report?
As long as the reports haven't been built yet they should pull in the most recent updates to your template. You can always delete them and re-add them just to be on the safe side!
β
I made changes to my template today, but they're not showing up on my inspection report. Why is this?
If you made changes to your template after the report was built (3:00 AM), the changes will not automatically show in your report. You'll need to delete the existing report and add a new one to bring in the most recent version of your template.
